Subject: ref on WHERE the moon will rise
I'm trying to find a website or reference that will state WHERE the
moon will rise (e.g., how many degrees +- East) for a given day and
location. I can find all sorts of moon info but not this. Any
suggestions?

Thanks,
Tom

Try http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/moonrise.html . Be sure to put
in your location, and to select "azimuth" as one of the displayed
columns.

It does depend on the observer's latitude.
Most planetarium programs give this info.
