Check this out. Is that the rover's tracks or not? Certainly looks
like a dirt road, even on the upper right it appears to be a dirt road.

Yes it's a dirt road. It was made by the rover's tracks.

Courtesy of a NASA insider, here's what was blacked out - the face of
Nubia Lactis, complete with her earphone:

What gets me is that soemone has been tearing the ground up near Duck
Bay with a six-wheeled vehicle and nobody is doing anything about it.
Why, there have even been government survelance photos taken, clearly
showing the vehicle in action, and still, nobody does a thing to stop
it.

Actually, they are 2003 Rover Off Road.
And since used vehicles lose 60% of their value in the first 3 years,
they are available to you cheap.

For Sale: two 2003 Rover Off Road
One owner, no maintenance, never garaged.
As is, where is: no warrentee.

Yes, it's a road, and the rover defiantly entered it despite Forest
Service closures. Personally, I was upset when the road to the Olympus
Mons overlook was paved. A guy can't get a moment of peace at that
place anymore.

Worse, they blackened out quite a part of that picture. The censors at NASA
are trying to hide the real face on Mars from us, but they won't succeed -
their evil ploy is doomed. Or is it's just tarmac from the Rover parking
lot? Then where are the white stripes? What are you hiding, NASA?
