>came out last week with a terrific display dubbed as
>the "ACLU Solstice Barn", a scene meant to be an
>alternative to the Christmas Nativity and symbolic of
>the ACLU's demonstrated hostility to Christmas. We
>think this illustrates very well what the ACLU is all
>about and salute this group for bringing more public
>awareness to the ACLU's extreme liberal agenda.
>You can read the details about this display and see a
>larger picture by clicking here
><http://worldnetdaily.com/news/printer-friendly.asp?ARTICLE_ID=53247>.
>We have received permission from the chairman of the
>Young Conservatives, Tony McDonald, to put this picture
>into a Christmas card that we can mail to ACLU offices
>across America. While we have not supported the "Merry
>Christmas, ACLU" card program this year as we did last,
>and noted this on our web site, we think by sending
>ACLU cards with this insertion, it will send the ACLU a
>message that they are well out of sync with the views
>of a vast majority of Americans.
>However, due to the lateness of the hour, we will not
>be able to create these cards, accept orders and ship
>them out to you in time. We would have to get these
>cards in your possession by next Monday or Tuesday so
>that they could be mailed and received by the ACLU on
>the last day of postal delivery before Christmas, that
>being Saturday, December 23rd. So what we plan to do is
>get a supplier and creator to design the card, insert
>the photo in it and prepare for barraging the ACLU as
>we approach the Christmas 2007 season.
>If you would be interested in getting a batch of these
>cards in advance for 2007, let me know. They will have
>a brief Christmas message and say something to the
>effect of "brought to you by the Young Conservatives of
>Texas and the Stop the ACLU Coalition".
>As noted earlier, we have not promoted the "Merry
>Christmas, ACLU" this year, not because we don't feel
>charitable or in the spirit of Christmas. We have
>chosen to skip it because we do not believe it is
>appropriate to wish well to an organization that has
>worked for years to undermine our moral infrastructure
>and put our national security at risk. We do not wish
>physical harm to the ACLU but we don't want to give
>them our best wishes either. At the same time, we do
>not oppose anyone who feels sending the ACLU a card is
>the right thing to do. This is just our personal view.
>However, in light of the above picture, we would urge
>you to consider sending the ACLU a Christmas card and
>include the picture with the card. There are a couple
>ways you can do this. You can print the World Net Daily
>story
><http://worldnetdaily.com/news/printer-friendly.asp?ARTICLE_ID=53247>
>and cut out the picture and either tape
>or paste it to the left inside of your card. If you
>have an inkjet printer that prints in color, this would
>be a great complement to the card. Or you can just
>print the story with the picture and include it with
>the card. Again, if your printer has color
>capabilities, this makes it stand out even more.
>The reason we would like everyone, who decides to send
>the ACLU a card, to include this picture is to show a
>symbol of unity among Coalition supporters. Sending the
>picture (and story, if you choose to do so) tells the
>ACLU you reject their agenda of homosexual marriage,
>Communism, Marxism and putting our national security at
>risk. Getting thousands of these messages into the
>hands of the ACLU will tell them you oppose them and
>will stand up to them at every opportunity.
>
>We would suggest you send your cards to the ACLU's
>headquarters in New York, their legislative offices in

>Cities Fighting ACLU on Immigration
>
>I believe most of us agree that the issue of illegal
>immigration is perhaps the defining issue of our day.
>For those of you following this matter, you know the
>ACLU is going after communities whose elected officials
>want to curb illegal aliens from renting and working in
>them and have approved ordinances to do so. Current
>examples are Hazleton, PA
><http://www.aclupa.org/pressroom/hazletonresidentssuetohalt.htm>, Escondido, CA
><http://www.aclu.org/immigrants/discrim/27296prs20061103.html>, Riverside, NJ

><http://www.aclutx.org/projects/article.php?aid=378&cid=22> and Valley Park, MO
><http://uncooperativeblogger.wordpress.com/2006/09/27/valley-park-missouri-slaps-the-aclu/>.
>
>Since the ACLU is out suing cities and municipalities
>that want to have control of what goes on in
>communities, we're considering recruiting regional
>representatives as part of a new effort to stop the
>ACLU. Individuals chosen will provide moral support to
>public officials and citizens in these communities,
>build public awareness of the ACLU's agenda in and out
>of them and be liaisons of the Coalition at any town
>hall meetings relative to the ACLU and immigration.
>Liaisons will also report to the director of their
>findings and make any recommendations necessary.
>We will be contacting the mayors and other public
>officials in these locales to advise them of our
>support and that we have designated Coalition
>supporters who stand ready to assist in any way.
>If you live in any of the above communities or within a
>15 mile radius and would like to be our official rep to
>them, please contact me for more info and include your
>phone number. Only serious individuals should reply.
>Preference will obviously be given to folks who reside
>in those municipalities. A strong desire to rein in the
>ACLU and for immigration reform and border security are
>essential for the positions, as well as being a good
>people person. Someone who is thick skinned is also
>helpful as well since there are certain factions that
>will intimidate those who stand for strong border
>control.
>Additionally, the town of Valley Park has requested on
>its web site <http://www.valleyparkmo.org/> for
>donations to fight the ACLU and the Mexican-American
>Legal Defense & Education Fund (MALDEF) in its suit
>against them. If you have a little bit to spare, would
>you help this town defeat the ACLU? You need not live
>in Missouri to financially assist them. The link to
>donations is at the bottom of the page.
>Many of you are quite familiar with the ACLU's
>intimidation of groups like the Minutemen as well as
>public officials in Border States like Arizona and
>Texas who want to address and solve this critical
>matter. And since the White House and many Congressmen
>and U.S. Senators have unwittingly sided with the ACLU
>on illegals, it makes our job that much harder.
>However, we have little recourse but to stand up to
>them all and exercise the power of WE THE PEOPLE.
>U.S. Code, Title 8 states, "It is a violation of
>federal law to knowingly harbor, house or hire illegal
>aliens". So when the ACLU comes to town to sue to
>overturn ordinances reining in illegal immigration,
>prudence dictates that this point be made to them - and
>the White House and Congress as well.

>ACLU Expansion
>
>A troubling story that appears not to be garnering
>sufficient attention is this one
><http://www.freenewmexican.com/news/53186.html>. The
>ACLU is apparently beefing up its staff and opening new
>offices in these states: New Mexico, Texas,
>Mississippi, Florida and Montana. Given that Texas and
>New Mexico are Southern border states and that Florida
>has thousands of illegal aliens, it is very likely that
>a portion of the $10 million the ACLU headquarters is
>investing will be used to sue cities to facilitate the
>entry and block the removal and deportation of illegal
>aliens. And this piece
><http://www.freenewmexican.com/news/53317.html> backs
>that up while failing to note there has been litigation
><http://www.firstamendmentcenter.org/news.aspx?id=17881>
>(though not from the ACLU and unsuccessful thus far)
>to remove the crosses of Las Cruces, which may be an
>additional reason the ACLU wants to get a chapter there.
>The article also notes that the ACLU, typical of its
>stealth nature, did not want its new address in Santa
>Fe to be revealed.
>Since the ACLU is increasing their forces in the above
>states, we must do so as well. We currently only have a
>state coordinator for Texas. We need individuals to
>join us in the other states. If you live in any of them
>and are interested in tackling the ACLU in your state,

>What's Ahead for 2007?
>
>Many of you have written me that you were heartbroken
>at the results of the November election. I share your
>discouragement, depression and frustration. Our
>flagship issue, the Public Expression of Religion Act
>(PERA) passed by a good margin back in the U.S. House
>in October but never got a hearing in the Senate. With
>the old Congress adjourned for the remainder of the
>year, the bill is dead. And with liberal Democrats set
>in charge of many of the House & Senate committees,
>there is virtually no chance we will see PERA
>resurrected for 2007 or 2008, especially since its
>House sponsor, Rep. John Hostettler of Indiana, was
>unseated last month (and by the widest margin of any
>incumbent loss). The ACLU had fiercely opposed this
>legislation.
>Additionally, while the House passed a good immigration
>reform bill in December of last year, another bill the
>ACLU fervently fought to block, the Senate passed one
>with amnesty and a guest worker program. The
>differences were never completely ironed out in
>committee except for a 700 mile fence (which, though
>signed into law, has to this point been unfunded). And
>rumor is out that the new Congress will pass a new
>amnesty bill with a guest worker provision (read: open
>borders), which the president is expected to endorse -
>and so does the ACLU.
>While it is not my position to comment and endorse or
>oppose lawmakers and political races, I can most
>definitely tell you that there is now a fairly good
>increase in the number of pro-ACLU lawmakers
>(Democrats) in Washington. We highlighted where
>lawmakers stood on issues mattering most, according to
>the ACLU's scorecard
><http://action.aclu.org/site/VoteCenter?page=voteList>
>and worked hard to expose them. Sadly, none of those
>who had a 100% voting record with the ACLU in the 109th
>Congress were defeated.
>On a state level, the ACLU worked overtime to defeat an
>outright ban on abortion in South Dakota and ballot
>initiatives on parental notification for abortion in
>Oregon and California (they even had a party to
>celebrate in California <http://www.aclu-sc.org/News>).
>Additionally and amazingly, the ACLU even helped secure
>the defeat of property rights reform in California.
>I have to admit I am befuddled why parents were opposed
>to being told if their teen daughter is considering an
>abortion and why property owners essentially supported
>the right to have their homes and other buildings taken
>from them.
>I'd be lying if I said we don't have our work cut out
>for us now than before. We certainly do. But for love
>of God and country, we cannot surrender to the ACLU and
>their Washington surrogates. I believe these next two
>years may be the most critical yet. We must dig in,
>pray and get involved.
>The immigration issue is going to be one that will
>result in a bloodbath of possibly epic proportions. As
>noted earlier, this will be a battle with the White
>House, Congress, the ACLU and the illegals on one side
>and us patriots on the other. Despite the pro-ACLU side
>being in the majority in Congress, I believe we can win
>this battle with sustained pressure on our lawmakers
>and the joining of forces with strong pro-immigration

><http://www.numbersusa.com/index>, Fair US
><http://www.fairus.org/site/PageServer>, U.S. Border
>Control <http://usbc.org/> and the Alamo Alliance
><http://alamoalliance.org/>.
>
>This issue is not going away and neither are we and I
>trust you all as well.
>
>The other issue portending to be ominous in the
>upcoming Congress is hate crimes legislation, which
>would essentially muzzle by criminalizing anyone
>speaking out against homosexuality or radical Islam, as
>a couple examples. The ACLU had opposed this in the
>past based on free speech grounds but now is taking
>more advocacy positions and has done so on this one
><http://www.aclu.org/lgbt/gen/12252prs20050526.html>.
>Incoming U.S. Senator Bob Casey of Pennsylvania has
>pledged to introduce a hate crimes bill (as if there
>were a such thing as love crimes) and we must be there
>to stop it. The web site Truth Tellers
><http://www.truthtellers.org/> has some good
>information on this legislation and we suggest you
>visit its web site. We do not endorse or agree with all
>the content on the site but we believe a lot of the
>info there is accurate and worthy of your examination.
>If and when the illegal immigration and hate crimes
>bills rear the ugly heads, we will notify you
>accordingly to take swift action, as well as any other
>ACLU supportive legislation that may be introduced and
>brought for a vote. We will probably be more on the
>defensive side these next two years but if we all do
>our part, we may be able to weather these storms.
>Lastly, as we noted above, we are seeking liaisons to

>wish to get involved in our upcoming project to
>investigate ACLU influence in our public schools,
>particularly in the areas of evolution, sex education

>Bottom line, if you want to get involved with us, we
>want to hear from you. We'll put you to work.

Help stamp out the A.C.L.U. (Anti-Christian Liberal Union)
because they are surely the most *DANGEROUS* organization
in America, and many would argue, in the entire world!

One more thing, be sure to watch FOXNEWS this weekend, as
the man who is likely to be the next U.S. President, Newt
Gingrich, is hosting a special 'One Nation Under God':

http://www.foxnews.com/foxfan/index.html

>"One Nation Under God - Sat. 9pm / Midnight ET, Sun. 4pm ET
><http://www.foxnews.com/foxfan/index.html>. It's written in
>the text of founding documents and engraved on our nation's
>greatest monuments -- so why are classrooms, courtrooms and
>even our government battling to ban God from public life?
>Newt Gingrich hosts a special hour on religion and history
>in Washington, D.C."

[end quote]

If it's as good as the last one, called 'Religion in America:
Church & State', then it's a must see. I plan to DVR it, and
make a DVD copy, and show it to company, like I did the last
one. The more that our law-abiding American moral-majority
learns about how *DANGEROUS* the A.C.L.U. and their Liberal
Atheist confederates really are, then the sooner we'll STOP
them, before they utterly transform America into a Legalized
Anarchy (oxymoron), which she has very nearly become already.

Happy Hanukkah, Merry Christmas & Io Saturnalia!
