of former Sen. Tim Johnson [D], Vice-President Dick
Cheney will now be able to cast the deciding vote...
Remember, only a simple majority/51-49 vote is needed
to confirm any USSC nominee. With the Liberal-Democrat
filibuster, the *Nuclear Option* is back on the table.
Thus, either way, Bush's next moderate-to-conservative
USSC nominees will get rubber-stamped onto the highest
court in the land! You can bet that the Anti-Christian
Liberal Union [D]s are seeing the WRITING on The Wall! :-D

I hear that after surgery Tim Johnson is responding to questions. He
doctors and the Senates Physician says he should ready to go to work in
the new session of Congress. He should be up and ready to start
impeachment proceedings against Bush, Cheney, Thomas and Scalia for
high crimes and misdemeaners
