Concerning the famous S. Maelmhaedhoc (Malachy) O'Morgair
(1095-1148) prophecy #112, it is precisely translated thus:

"play down" Malachy's decidedly apocalyptic prophecies,
it is a good reference for listing the 111 popes to now
(albeit the rationale for how these 111 popes "fit" the
prophetic chronology is rather dubious in certain cases):

Regardless of how you interpret it, there is no question
that Joseph Aloysius Ratzinger, pope Benedict XVI, is the
last and final pope before number 112: "Peter the Roman",
whom at His very essence, is one's own lucid recognition,
freely conferred, surrendered, pronounced, uncoerced, etc.
acknowledgment that Jesus is the Christ: Son of the Living
God.
This understanding of the prophecy, in the vastly greater
context of the extant scriptural prophecies, & concerted
prophecies of the most auspicious latter-day prophets: if
not in the worldly sense, rather in stark contrast to and
diametric opposition against, the aforesaid, by the augurs
so utterly devastating, so unbearable to the worldly, that
they could not--would not--fathom the extents & the depths

forever between them: ergo Standing afar off they shall be.

First of all - You may believe that the person you refer to is famous and
did produce valid prophecies,
BUT
neither he was nor he will be able to be refered to as such in the case you
put forward.
AND
above all: this isn't a subject for any other group than of the one you sent
the article to but possibly sci.astro.amateur. Definitly not for geologic or
archaeologic discussiongroups what so ever.
AND
There are too many false Prophets but there is only one God and his son Jesu
Christ!
