Subject: Opinions about Outman & Hanimex binoculars?

I have seen some binoculars on sale and would like to hear opinions
because I can't find any information or reviews. The binoculars are
Outman (made in china) 7x50 and 10x50 models and Hanimex 10x50 (made
by Fuji?). The Hanimex seemed of better build quality than the Outman
and larger in size (because of larger prisms?). Are any of these worth
buying?
