For months now, I have not been able to get through to their customer support line. I just called awhile ago 5 minutes after their 12:30 lunch break end and got a "Closed for the day". What's happening with them? Too much business? Wayne T. Watson (Watson Adventures, Prop., Nevada City, CA) (121.015 Deg. W, 39.262 Deg. Mr. Musturd, Why do you say that Meade is practically finished? Meade is producing some excellent telescopes and has been doing so for many years. mij "Mean Mr Mustard" <macusr023@yahoo.com > wrote in message news:1155178309.642274.151010@b28g2000cwb.googlegroups.com... > W. Are you using the 800 number? Try their regular number. It's a long distance call but I've always gotten through on the first ring. Jay

At least, I didn't immediately get looped or disconnected. Well, later. Busy time of the day for them. Wayne T. Watson (Watson Adventures, Prop., Nevada City, CA) (121.015 Deg. W, 39.262 Deg. In the past I have had better luck reaching them when they start their day, at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time, right when they bring their morning coffee into thier cubicles.
