Not as in a telescope or eyepiece lens, but rather as in eyeglasses
lens...
Does anyone know if products like "Liquid Lense" (sic) really work at
all?
I managed to scratch my reading glasses (that I use to read star charts
- Yeah! That's the topicality!) on the edge of a ceramic floor tile I
was carrying. Before I replace the lens, I'd like to try to repair the
scratch. But, before I spend $13+ on the product, I'd like to know if it
works at all. Sounds a bit too good to be true, but maybe...?
