Subject: Helix in Mapped Color from Dallas


This one was a bit of a reach. This object is low over the
city (Dallas) to my South. The HA data looked pretty good
but the OIII was pretty noisy. I added in some Blue as well
to enhance the core then built a synthetic green from a combination
of the OIII/Blue blended with the highlights from HA.

Meade RCX400 12"
Yankee Robotics Trifid II 6303
Astrondon 6nm and Optec blue.
HA, OII, Blue = 100, 100, 50 minutes.
MaxIm, RC Gradient, Noiseware.
