Subject: HEQ5 synscan V2.5 won't modify rate

When pressing "rate" and then the direction keys the rate stays at "*2"
and will not move to another speed, very slow when adjusttng the
alignment.
Has anyone experienced the same pb?

Hi:
I suggest you ask this on the EQ6 Yahoo group. At any rate, on the very
similar Celestron Nexstar HC, you press Rate and then a number key...
