Perhaps you've heard of the Arizona Sky Village, Deerlick Astronomy
Village (in Georgia), or Harmony, Florida. These are special
communities where the night sky and nighttime environment are of
paramount importance, and are strongly protected. In the future, there
will be many more.

If you think you'd like to move to a "dark sky community" someday,
there is now a special discussion group for this topic and your input
would be welcome.

As we continue to work diligently to educate our society about the
benefits of environmentally-friendly outdoor lighting, we may find that
one of the most effective ways to do this is to build (or redevelop)
sustainable communities receptive to innovation, and then innovate!
Such model communities can clearly show the rest of society how to do
it right!

Hope you can join us.

Will these model communities be built with the new luminescent
concrete recently invented in Hungary?
