Ok, Dan. I saw these and figured I'd try one in lieu of a Ha filter.

I picked up an Orion O-III filter a couple weeks back and was suitably
impressed with the clarity of the Eagle and Dumbell nebulas. I'm
trusting this will bring out another side of nebulas. You can thank
good as s.a.a. informal reviews say it is. :-)

Bugger. Thumb hit the left mouse-button as pointer was over [Send],
while I was working on that last sentence. It should read:

You can thank good s.a.a. informal reviews. :-)

The DGM NPB filter is a very good narrow-band filter for visual use, so
I am glad you have one. Clear skies to you.

David,

As I recall, in my research through old s.a.a. postings I came across a
discussion between you and Dan McShane, 2005 November. It contributed
considerably to my choice.

Clear skies,
