Is Come Swan visible from the UK, if so where & when (roughly)?

Best Wishes,

Gaz.

It's above the left-hand side of the northern crown, slightly north of
west at around 8pm. I couldn't see it with the naked eye, but it was
easy to find with binoculars, looking like a green smudge.
Suprisingly it was even less impressive through my telescope - a plain
white fuzzy ball, no tail visible.

But if I could see it at all in light-polluted hazy Edinburgh it
could well be impressive anywhere it gets dark.

Yes it is visible (and still is at this time ~20:00 UT). I estimate it
to be about mag +5.4 this evening. Some crud interfering with the view
though. Take the bottom two stars of the keystone and extend them to
the right by approximately the same distance again and then head
slightly further to the right and up a bit. With binoculars it should
be fairly obvious.

Here's a single test shot from earlier.

Thank you. I was feeling annoyed with the first link although there were
several nice images.
