That's likely just the magnitude computed using default values (a common
problem using the IAU ephemeris for a recently discovered comet). In
fact tt has been estimated to be 9.8 visually, which is bright enough to
see in just about any telescope from a dark site.

The comet is currently less than a degree north of Saturn, visible in
the morning sky.
