Has anyone here ever observed Chi Cygni when it is around 10-11 magnitude? I recommend it. Its the dickens to fish out of its enviornment when it's that faint but when you find it there's no doubt about it because its redness rivals V Cygni and S Cephii. clear, 6 mag skies to ya'll Ben

Our scopes were 18 and 16" hi quality dobs... but given the chance I will follow it for some time to come. It proved everything I have been tyring to do for hi quality visual spectrosvcopy, whether anyone else approved of simply looking vs cameras, or not. Cheers - > I recommend it.
