Friday night I got one whole hour of set up time up on the corner, spent most of the time talking to a guy who stopped to see what I was doing. Ended up giving him the last of the bunch of S&T's I'd been given some months back. By the time he left the moon couldn't be seen clearly or almost at all, just a defussed light up there. So I cam home, and today I'd say I have ZERO chance as it's been overcase all day and even the winds coming in from the southwest are hot and dry. Looks to be a total wash out. I think someone must have gotten a really high priced scope to cause all of this. -- The Lone Sidewalk Astronomer of Rosamond Telescope Buyers FAQ http://home.inreach.com/starlord Sidewalk Astronomy www.sidewalkastronomy.info The Church of Eternity http://home.inreach.com/starlord/church/Eternity.html
