I've just acquired a used Williams Optics binoviewer.

I seem to be having a "problem" .. in that the one time that I tried viewing
with it the eyepiece spacing (inter-pupilary distance?) would not remain
fixed. When this happened the binoviewer was more horizontal than vertical
and after I adjusted the separation of the eyepieces for comfortable viewing
the unit would quickly "sag" until it was impossible to view with both eyes.

There does not seem to be any adjustment to "tighten" the unit. Anyone have
any similar experience with this unit or others?

Did that before I tried this group:
" I am sorry that we don't have any manual for binoviewer online of
printed version. As for eye spacing that is nothing much we can do
about it, it is just the way it design to be.
Best Regards,
