Seems as though the Iraqi Prime Minister has said the Iraqis can handle
their own security and they no longer need US troops to do it.
Great!!! So, let's grab out shit and get out of there -- leave a couple of
brigades on rotation to guard our oil fields.

Bush and his lot are tooo bent on domination to let that happen. He wants
to call the shots and really gives a rat's ass
about the Iraqi PM.
