Subject: Source for Sony ICX098BL-6 ccd

I'm a bit late getting on the bandwagon of inexpensive imaging and
have a pair of Toucams I wish to switch over to B&W, due to the
improved sensitivity. I've looked high and low and have not been very
lucky as of yet to find a source. There is a www.1sourcecomponents.com
which claims to have a source for 3,000 of them, a few more than I
need. They also indicate they require minimum $250 purchase and do
not want to do business with individuals. Any ideas?

Not sure it's gonna be helpful depending on which side of the pond you
