Thinking about getting either
Sky Tools 3 when it comes out
or
Starry Night Pro

What do you think?

These are entirely different kinds of progams. Skytools is an observation
planning program and St. Nights is a planetarium program. If you want to use
the program to plan your observations and print very good findercharts, get
Skytools. I have almost all planetarium programs, but never use one any more
for planning observations since I use ST.

Hello,

If I should have ONLY ONE astrosoft in my PC, it would be SkyTools

It is the best soft, and most complete I ever seen.

If you can read french (or use an online translator), have a look at
my review: http://astrosurf.com/skylover/test/SkyTools%202.htm
