I've been looking for this episode of Nova which aired back in 1986. I've contacted PBS directly, but even they don't have a copy for sale. Does anyone have one out there, or know where I could obtain a copy? Thanks. -- _____________________________ Later. DE Have a better one. To reply, remove: forget.the.spam. from my email address

Did you contact PBS or actually contact WGBH which produces the program? You might want to try contacting WGBH directly http://www.wgbh.org/contact/ -- Rick Evans --------------------------------------------------------------- Lon -71° 04' 35.3" Lat +42° 11' 06.7" --------------------------------------------------------------- Webcam Astroimaging http://mysite.verizon.net/hiltonevans33050/astroimaging/astroimaging.htm --------------------------------------------------------------- ChemPen Chemical Structure Software http://www.chempensoftware.com

I contacted PBS and they stated that they don't have any copies for sale, and there is no immediate plans to release it on dvd since the program is over 20 years old now. I'll try WGBH and hopefully they will have it in their archives. I do have it on vhs somewhere taped from the original broadcast, however, I'm not sure of what the quality will be like when I try and play it. I remember, my vcr at the time was an old top loader that was sort of cranky at the best of times. I'm also looking for the program: Project Universe series. I contacted the original broadcaster who aired it back in the 80's and they don't have access to it any more either. So if anyone out there has access to these gems, please let me know. Thanks.
