Here is a 200 frame stack of Jupiter shot with a Meade Electronic
Eyepiece from a DVD I burned last April.

http://setisociety.org/jupitermeadeep2roxio.jpg

-Meade Electronic EP (an old analog NTSC format freebie camera that
came with a $20 60mm closeout scope; the scope was useless; no barlow
used)

-Meade 2080 (8" SCT)

-RCA DVD Recorder (a stand-alone home use dvd/dvr not connected to a
PC)

-Post processing software: Registax, Roxio PhotoSuite 5, Cyberlink
Power DVD (to capture images from the DVD)

Regards, Jason H.

Registax, after aligning and stacking, I recently learned that a
magical step is pulling on one of the layer control bars, it works
wonders, then process in your favorite photo processing program.

Nice work. I have tried using a converted webcam but never had
anything as nice as that.

What did you use to stack them?
