My wife and i made a day trip to Los Angeles yesterday to visit the = Griffith Observatory. Thank you for the video,the young lady is an excellet guide. I work @ Griffith also as the operator of the Zeiss 12" refractor on the roof. http://www.angelfire.com/space2/robertspellman/observatory.html I am in the left had image @ the bottom of the page,my partner Kirk is on the right he has been @ Griffith for 26yrs and also operates the 60" & 100" telescopes @ Mt. Wilson.. The images in the dome were taken just prior to opening as we were bringing the instrument back to life after being mothballed for 4 yrs. Robert

That Tesla Coil is really cool. I wonder how difficult it is to build one. Has anyone here built one?
