Subject: Finally the Clouds Parted

All, It has been a really cloudy Spring here in North Texas and the clouds finally parted, mostly, last night so I grabbed the following image. http://www.celestial-images.com/Images/M13-16x300s-L.html 253mm RCOS @f9 - 2300mm of focal length. STL11K, guided off axis with STL Remote. Only fair transparency so I will wait for the color data. Regards Bill

It seems you have a kind of ghosting somewhere along the optical train. Have flats been taken and properly applied? Because it looks like you haven't and you're not going to get anything close to decent without 'em. Andrea T.
