I have gonnet e_mail from a guy who I judge might have been an astroo guy
for some time, and either on friday or the next monday he's going give me
some stuff, it's all loaded in his car so I'll get to see it when he pulls
up in front of my trailer. I can tell you he's giving a C=8 and some tubes
for 6inch f8 and other sizers too.And he doesn't want his named used, so
lets say the seeds have been planeted and I hope they grow into scopes too,
but that C=8 I guess it's a cst from celetrnion now if it's old or newer
I'll not know but over the weekend I hope to try some I can read about
mounts.

even say where I lived, today has been the startup of getting out of that.
For almost a week I've battleing to keep my mind working and today is the
start out of the holw. Getting to felle better now and am taking acking of

That was a mistake on my part as I typed, and the wife that got the BIG
"DIV" from me was the last one I ever went out with and even that was before
my NIGHTS of Astronomy. I have a list of events that when I'm able to get
into again, such things as going to cat shows, setting up in the park my
scopes for public viewing and even going to my corner more offen, but even
if I get the high bid on the car, it's going to cost me $100 for keys and
I've not priced the starter replacement just yet. I figure someplave in the
$50 to $75 range so it's going to take me all summer to get it running.
And the last cat show I heard about was stell some 80 miles to drive too.
Got to show my JBT's one of these days.

While the person throwing those particular rocks at you is pretty much a
troll and should be ignored there is a certain degree of truth in that
there have been times, probably blood sugar related, when it really is
difficult to actually understand what it is that are trying to say.
Spelling isn't really a huge problem, typing in hurry for me is much
more of an issue. Particularly on a crummy Laptop.
Hopefully you take this in a positive manner.

Well at least I try to keep up with the world of telescopes, and now after
my call to the folks at orion, I'll be 1st of all a bar this I can put
between the two rings on the skyview and then if I can afford one get a
tracking mount for it. I'll have to watch for a used one, the one they
showed in an old ad sold for at lest $1,000, but with the info I was given,
I might try to make a mount bar that would use the two rights with it.
There is still a question that hovers over my mind, the lomo A95, the C8 ,
this orion with no mount, and the even bigger and nameless scope, the
question hovers over me "Where did this stuff come from?" I did find out the
skyview I have was stoped and is no longer listed.
oh ya, he gave me 3 mirror cells too, but they don't have mirrors.

Although I prefer to read posts with reasonably good grammar and
spelling, I can't say as it's up there on my list of priorities. On
topic and polite are the two biggies; after that, it's all secondary.
Apparently, you disagree, but just as a matter of practicality, I'd
suggest that we drop it. It's not likely that Dennis is going to change
the way he posts, and it's rather evident that many people *like* his
posts for their content, if not their syntax.

it's very simple, while in the army they figured I was a code talker when I
wrote home, until they found out I was just a plain bad speller and that was
during the late 1960's just before I went to vietnam, so just guess who
doesn't care in one or two words are a bit mis-spelled when they are posted
and you can guess who'm message never was pounded out but insteade went out
via a voice radio (MOS 31M20) that in a lot of places I knew what they used
and how to operated. Wish I had the old stack of hardware here now, while I
couldn't trassmitt, I sould could hear a lot of stations with it. And if the
army made by with me, so can you.

Yes, he's somewhat better than the spammers. But he stays for the same
attention the spammers and flooders crave. The response Starlord offered to
my comment was something about mowing lawns as a kid and the supermarket not
caring if he could spell before they took his money. WTF does that have to
do with anything? Every other respected poster to s.a.a. tries to check
their spelling and grammar. Why should being 59 and living on retirement
funds make one exempt from such a common courtesy?

Because at my age spelling is not a big want to be best of all. I've not had
the best spelling since I was was still in school and having to do lawn work
to make a living. Now a days I don't even do that, I get my retirement funds
and use them to get what I need, and so far, the supermarket doesn't make me
do any kind of spellings to get what I need, They are happy with the $$ I
give them. Hell this un-offical town has no groverment leader, and I would
not be after that either.

simple effort and courtesy to check their spelling before posting is little

Why don't you just hit the "Check Spelling" button on your news posting
client? Spelling errors and repeated words make you appear quite illiterate.
You contribute useful information to this group and have often helped
beginners. Why would you not want to make you posts appear more literate
